Vernon CMS SupportThe Vernon CMS Support Agreement provides for unlimited helpdesk support. Phone, fax and email messages can be sent to Vernon 24 hours per day, seven days per week. Our official time for responding to messages is between 8:30am and 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday, New Zealand time. The reality however, is that various members of our staff often work earlier and/or later than this, and requests for technical support are often responded to outside these hours as well.
Vernon Access SupportThe package price for Vernon Access includes support for the first year. Additional support can be purchased thereafter. |
