Activities Objects
Vernon Activities provides facilities to actively plan, manage and document transactions
and events involving the objects in the collection. The
focus is on the Activity and its life cycle rather than
any one object. This allows any number of objects (or
parts of objects) involved in a single activity to be
managed and documented as an entity.
There are ten distinct types of activities available:
- Entry Receipts
- Exit Receipts
- Acquisitions
- Loans Out
- Loans In
- Exhibitions & Venues
- Conservation Condition Reports
- Conservation Treatment Records
- Transport Movements & Crates
- Insurance
