Active & Passive Management

Procedural control and the action diary allow both active and passive management of Activities.

Passive management is where you respond to transactions which arrive at your desk and process them because they have been brought to your attention (e.g. the receipt of a signed loan agreement).

Active management is using the system to find, review and progress-chase management activities and their tasks (e.g. loans past their expiry date).

The system allows you to decide whether to check on upcoming tasks yourself or to have them presented each time you log on.
